So, I am not much picky about my cheat meal and have anything that is high in carbs and fats. Desserts are never a part of my cheat meals. So just to ensure that I am not going too low on carbs, occasionally, I have a cheat meal which is high in carbs and fats. That too when I am on my carb cycle where the carbs intake is very low and fat and protein intakes are high. ![]() I indulge in: I never have a cheat day it is only a cheat meal. My dinner: 5 small chapattis, any veg curry and 2 egg whites. My lunch: 5 small chapattis, 100 gms of grilled chicken breast and any veg curry. After a gap of two hours, I prefer to eat 1 tablespoon of home-made peanut butter, 10 almonds and 4 walnuts. ![]() My breakfast: Brown rice, 100 gms of grilled chicken breast and any veg curry. ![]() Since then losing weight and staying fit is the goal I always have on my mind. And then, it was my family’s support, which finally helped me to overcome my situation and made me move on. Within 2 years, I put on a lot of weight. I had bad sleeping patterns and used to eat mostly outside food. ![]() I was very depressed back then and I felt no motivation to take care of myself. The turning point: It was after my breakup when I started to put on weight. Duration it took me to lose weight: 3 Months
